- 24K Gold filled heart medallion charm  21mm x 18mm filled with tiny magenta & clear cubic zirconia stones. 

- 24K Gold plated ultra fine cuban chain design 450mm long in length including clasp. Extra adjustment loops within the total length. Beautiful warm gold tone. Charm can be removed from chain so that fine chain may also be worn on it's own.
